1. What we collect

Account data: username, email address (if you sign up with email), a hashed password, and your Discord ID and avatar if you connect or sign in with Discord.

Profile data: everything you add to your profile, such as display name, bio, location, links, widgets, music, uploads, tags and badges.

Usage data: profile view counts, and the approximate country of visitors to a profile (no full IP address is stored in our view logs), plus link click counts.

Payment data: Stripe handles card details; we only store the product, amount, status and Stripe reference for your purchase.

2. How we use it

To run your account and public profile, show analytics to you, process payments, grant badges and Discord roles, prevent abuse and enforce our rules, and improve the Service.

3. What is public

Your profile page and everything on it is public. Public templates you publish are visible to other users. Badges, view counts and leaderboard entries are public.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with providers needed to operate the Service (hosting, Discord, Stripe, email delivery) and when required by law or to protect the Service and its users.

5. Discord linking

If you link Discord, we store your Discord ID so our bots can give you roles and show your profile. A Discord account can be linked to more than one vibe.lol account; you can disconnect Discord in Settings at any time.

7. Retention and deletion

We keep account data while your account exists. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data; some records (such as payment records) may be kept where the law requires.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures such as hashed passwords and signed sessions, but no system is perfectly secure.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to certain processing. Contact us to make a request.

10. Children

The Service is not for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we will remove the account.
