Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using vibe.lol ("the Service", "we", "us") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may link one Discord account to more than one vibe.lol account, but each account needs its own email address and may not be used to evade a ban or other enforcement.

Usernames are first-come, first-served. We may reserve, reclaim or change usernames that are impersonating, misleading, or that look like staff or official accounts.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload (avatars, backgrounds, banners, music, links, bios and templates). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display and distribute it as needed to run the Service, including showing public templates to other users.

You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload.

4. Acceptable use

Do not post or link to illegal content, malware, phishing, harassment, hate, sexual content involving minors, or content that infringes others' rights. Do not impersonate staff or other people, abuse or overload the Service, scrape private data, or try to bypass moderation or security.

We may remove content, hide profiles, suspend or ban accounts, or revoke badges at our discretion when these rules are broken.

5. Premium, badges and payments

Paid products (such as Premium, which is currently a one-time payment) are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before checkout. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable once the product is delivered. Chargebacks or fraud may lead to removal of the purchased benefits and a ban.

Features, pricing and what each product includes can change over time. Free or comped Premium may be removed at any time.

6. Badges and leaderboards

Badges are cosmetic and have no cash value. We may add, change, or remove badges and leaderboard rules.

7. Third-party services

The Service uses Discord (sign-in and roles), Stripe (payments) and other providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.

8. Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms; continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms.
